This cover looks so old, like Ranzuki issues I have from a few years ago.

I’m sitting here in the Student Union at my old university, because I have no internet at my place!!! I was using my neighbor’s internet for months, but they finally found out, or moved, or something. Hopefully this only makes me way more efficient, since I only have a small period of time on the internet a day. Anyway, back to Ageha.

This style is becoming insanely popular, with a lot of other magazines like it seeming to pop up everywhere. I don’t like it, as you already know, but for those of you that do, I say enjoy it!

Fall and winter always seems to bring around a tough girl style. Lets see how my favorite magazine chooses to interpret it!

Blenda Black is a sister magazine to Blenda, and I have never read it before!

I have a LOT of magazines to go through, and some other articles I want to write, as well as various other gal things. I’m telling myself that if I just do a little more each day, I’ll be on my way.
But you don’t care about that! You want to see some scans!

Egg! I had to break it into two parts because there were so many pages I wanted to talk about.

A lot of people like the longer posts as opposed to my shorter ones, so I’ll stick with that.

Mickey Mouse is a beloved icon worldwide, and with the return of a lot of familiar trends, it’s no surprise he’s back too. I saw a lot of him in Popteen this time around, including a special where one of the models redesigns a pair of sneakers with an iron on of the famous mouse.
Luckily, this is a super easy trend to get in on! This link not only shows where you can get your own, but see some looks via polyvore. Gotta love that site! But even K-mart has tees, so don’t be afraid to shop around and get a look you love.

I’m so excited about seeing Blenda this month! I was honestly getting very tired of the sweet soft gal style I’ve been seeing everywhere else. But Blenda this month features Nicole Richie and how to get her casual rock style.

SCawaii is another mature magazine for older gyaru. The focus is much more targeted at being sexy as opposed to being cute. Most people don’t rate SCawaii high on the list of gal magazines to read, but I think it’s a good magazine to see some different stuff.

This years issue of Egg’s beauty is all about bright colors, especially in makeup. I love reading magazines like this, because no matter what you wear, your hair, make and nails define you most as a gal. So lets get pretty!

Ranzuki is a much younger magazine than the others I’ve reviewed this week. Will the trends stay the same in a younger generation? Let’s find out!

Woofin Girl is the opposite extreme of serebu, which is B-gal. B-gal incorporates hip-hop and glamour to create a unique street style that keeps the distinct hair, nails and make that makes gyaru the style it is today. It still keeps the same line of trends as other gal magazines, but with a unique twist.

If I had to pick one word to describe Jelly, it would be SEXY! Jelly is geared towards a older audience that has grown out of cute amekaji or crazy manba and are ready to dress like their favorite American celebrities (this style is called serebu). Jelly features a lot of celebrities on the covers of their magazines and in the pages themselves. The cool thing about this is, we have so much access to celebrities and photos of them. I have put a few celebrity photo sites on my RSS feed and love to break down what they wear and how I can wear it too.

First let me apologize. I didn’t realize that the thumbnails were not clickable on my posts. I’m making the pictures bigger from now on.

Honestly, I never read Ageha. It’s like someone overused blingee to decorate a big eyed photo of themselves. But it’s insanely popular, and I need to know why.

Egg has released their “Beauty” magazine, which is a separate special edition of Egg that features sections on hair make and nails. I really like R Tribe better, (so much so that I own hard copies of two issues), but apparently this one becomes more beautiful, so maybe I should buy this one too. Actually, now that I look at this cover again, all the english is really funny.
